Characteristics
Chemical composition: polyurethane elastomeric complex covered with very high performance non-slip granules on adhesive film.
Thickness: 1.1 mm. Weight 800gr/sqm. Hard particle granules 800µ
Non-slip performance: measurement of surface roughness via SRT pendulum, according to the Standard for road surfacing for pedestrian ways NFT 98609-1 (scale from 0 to 150). By the laboratory in Angers, France.
Measurement in dry conditions : 105 Measurement in wet conditions : 80
Resistance: very good resistance to UV rays (classified 7 on the standardized scale of 1 to 7 for blue textiles). Very good resistance to natural chemical agents, oils, greases, hydrocarbons and salt water.
Excellent resistance to abrasion and impacts.
Resistance in varying temperatures: from -30°c to +80°c
Flexibility - Distortion: extension = 4% before breakage. Stress breakage at 8.3 MPA
Ease of maintenance: clean regularly with water and traditional detergents.
For factories and workshops it is recommended to use biodegradable industrial detergents with a pH of 9.
Testing and Standards: resistance and skid testing carried out with the BGIA in accordance with Standard DIN 51 130 classification R13 (BGR181).
Fire resistance testing, test with radiation in accordance with Standard NF 92-501 carried out by the National Metrology and Testing Laboratory (LNE) classified as M1 on steel sheet base.
