All of the products featured on this website are available through our dealer network throughout Australasia. DeckHardware maintains stock levels of all standard stock; however with over 10,000 stock lines some parts are brought into order requiring a deposit.
Please check and confirm all items, quantities and measurements before placing your order. Should not all items be available in our warehouse we will contact you.
Collection
If your order is being collected, please collect within 10 days after we inform you they are ready to be collected. If you do not, then unless you have made alternative arrangements with us we will assume you have cancelled your order. This means we may resell the items and in the case of specially ordered or custom items, you may forfeit the deposit or payment made.
Delivery
Most orders will be shipped the same business day we receive payment before courier cutoff times. For Fedex this is usually approx 1pm and Australia Post 3:30pm. All our orders have tracking for you to monitor your orders shipping progress.
Cut Lengths
LIROS Rope is available in 100m rolls unless otherwise stated. LIROS Rope cut lengths are available however not on all variations. To find out whether the colour and style you are after is available in a cut length contact us via our live chat, email or 02 99059400. Trade Discount is not applicable to cut lengths.
Special Orders and Non-Stock Lines
A 50% deposit is required when placing your custom / non-stock order. The balance is required before the goods are collected or shipped.
If a quote is supplied unless the quote states otherwise it is valid for 14 days and for the full quantity only.
If shipping is required by DeckHardware to your location a charge will apply.
Returns & Exchanges
Please contact us for an RGA (Return Goods Authorisation) before sending anything back.
Change‑of‑Mind Returns
Non‑Returnable for Change of Mind
(These are still covered by your rights under Australian Consumer Law if the product is faulty, unsafe, or not as described. Businesses cannot refuse remedies in these cases.)
Faulty or Warranty Issues
If any product — including clearance or custom items — has a fault, does not match its description, or doesn’t meet consumer guarantees, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund under Australian Consumer Law.
