Barton Marine Size 0 (20mm) Stand-Up Blocks are moulded from marine grade glass fibre nylon composite reinforced with 316 stainless steel straps and pins providing superior strength in a very low weight design.
Offered in both plain and ball bearing options, it can be supplied as single or double sheave stand-up design. This block is ideal for dinghy and small craft enthusiasts as well as commercial applications in harsh environments.
Characteristics
These robust blocks have an overall height of 30mm. The bearing face of the sheave is engineered only 10mm from the bulkhead which means ropes and lines remain close to the surface. Plain bearing sheaves run on a brass bearing which is strong and reliable, and ideal for long term static loads. Ball bearing versions use Delrin balls which reduce friction during operation.
