Allen's range of acetal and stainless steel rudder retaining equipment holds the rudder in place as part of the steering gear. Available in a variety of sizes. Rudder Gudgeons and Pintles are available in varying sizes designed for fixing to the rudder blade or stock as part of the steering gear.

Sea Sure rudder fittings are precision machined, tough, reliable and lightweight. Both pintles and gudgeons are manufactured from a heat treated corrosion resistant aluminium alloy, with hard grey finish for complete protection. Precision machining and optional low friction carbon bushes eliminate undesirable play in the rudder system. Pintles are brackered for added rigidity and absolute security.
