AVAILABILITY

Our website has over 5,000 stock variations which may cause the availabilty of stock items to vary.  Some Non stock items may have an extended lead time due to the manufacturing process.  If the item you are looking for does not appear on our website please contact our office by email.

DELIVERY TIME

Stock items should be shipped within 2 working days of the order being processed.  Delivery once shipped will take 1-7 working days dependent on the delivery address.  DeckHardware will make every effort to ensure that delivery time frames given are accurate; however unseasonal demand may cause some delays.  We will contact you if your order cannot be shipped within the time specified.  For more information on non stock items please contact our office by email.

FREIGHT

When calculating freight the weight, volume, destination and preferred delivery method could cause additional charges.  Due to these variations freight is calculated on each order.  Our office will contact you via email proir to processing payment with shipping costs.
