Shipping

We use Australia Post and FedEx/TNT for our Shipments with our Team working to ensure the best option based on time and cost for you. 

Freight is calculated by our Team for each order. This is calculated once we receive your order and our office will contact you via email with shipping costs for your approval. 

Payment can then be made once this is approved as an order either via your account page with Credit Cards or via Direct Deposit. 

Australian Shipments

Minimum Shipping Costs with Parcel Post: $9.90

Minimum Shipping Costs with Express Post: $13.20

When choosing Australia Post for your delivery, we cannot advise them of your delivery instructions. 

Australia Post Update: 

We drop off Australia Post shipments at the local newsagents (a pickup location) on the way home as the local Australia Post Depot has now closed.  Unfortunately, the cutoff time locally for shipments is 4pm so these shipments won't be picked up by Australia Post until the next Business day.

If you require something faster please ask us to use TNT as your preferred shipping option.

FedEx/TNT

Minimum Shipping Costs via TNT: $15.50

For FedEx/TNT shipments we require orders to be placed and paid (excluding trade with terms) by 12:30 pm during business days, due to FedEx/TNT cutoff time.

FedEx/TNT Orders are normally shipped Overnight or by Road. We do have the option to do same-day delivery but please be advised this is at an additional cost.


We will ship via either Australia Post or FedEx/TNT based on the best options available and will give you options once your order is placed.

 

New Zealand Shipments

We distribute a number of the Brands we represent in New Zealand as well as Australia.

Freight is calculated by our Team for each order to ensure we find the right option for you based on cost and time frame. This is calculated once we receive your order.

Our office will contact you via email with shipping costs for your approval.

Australia Post International Shipping Times

 

International Shipments - Not available to all Countries outside Australasia due to shipping delays or suspension of services and distribution rights, please contact us for more information on a more local distributor
